Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that
NetHub Group (“NetHub”, “the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) has taken to prevent modern slavery and
human trafficking within our business operations and supply chains.

NetHub is committed to acting ethically, transparently and with integrity in all business dealings. We take a
zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, servitude and human trafficking.

We recognise our responsibility to ensure that modern slavery does not occur in our organisation or within our
supply chains.

1. Our Organisation

NetHub provides specialist construction and utility services supporting infrastructure, redevelopment and
construction projects across the United Kingdom. Our services include groundwork, utilities, drainage, concrete
works, landscaping and associated infrastructure services.

Our operations primarily take place within the UK and involve collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers and
service providers that support the delivery of our projects.

2. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chain includes:

• Construction subcontractors
• Materials suppliers
• Plant and equipment providers
• Professional services and consultants
• Recruitment agencies and labour providers

We recognise that the construction and infrastructure sectors can carry risks related to labour exploitation. As
such, we work to ensure that all suppliers and subcontractors meet the standards expected by NetHub.
