High-end Residential

Net Hub Group has supported the delivery of this high-end residential development in Henley-on-Thames through a comprehensive range of enabling works, infrastructure and groundworks activities.

The project has included site preparation, precision setting out, road reduction, stone sub-base and timber edging, tarmac access roads, and the installation of an underground attenuation tank system complete with crate units, Terram membrane and shingle surround.

Our works have also included reinforced concrete strip foundations, substructure brickwork, Stepoc retaining walls across various areas of the site, underground drainage, service ducts and SVPs, backfilling, and the installation of a precast concrete block and beam floor. Service and SVP penetrations were accurately formed before applying a cementitious slurry coat to prepare the floor for the next phase of construction.
